The ASTER Collings Knife is indicated for the ablation/coagulation of soft tissue. It is intended for use with a compatible resectoscope.
The device is a monopolar electrode designed to deliver radio frequency energy that is supplied by an electrosurgical generator, cleared for medical use.
The ASTER Collings Knife is made of stainless steel. It is delivered in a sterile peel-open pack and is intended for one time use only.
